I did my RYT 500 at Yogasthali Yoga society. I'm lucky to have Umesh Sir & Hemalatha Mam as my yoga tutors. I have been practising yoga for years now, but having them as my teachers helped us learn the right form and the importance of Yoga in general. Thank you for always pushing us always and being our teachers. Thank you very much for being such a good teacher. Their experience is very helpful and one can learn a lot from it. I started my yoga journey again during covid. I take zoom classes online but they have in person classes too. I love the way my body feels after the practice. The practice will make you work hard but then at the same time relaxing with the amazing breathing exercises. The instructors have a very down to earth personality with a very homely feeling. I have tried several yoga classes but I keep coming back to yogasthali. It has also helped me loose over 10 pounds weight.
