I didn't know much about yoga before joining yogsaral. The sessions were quite amazing and therapeutic. Various different aspects of asanas were described in the class. The instructor is quite professional and was always on time. We had complimentary zumba, pranayama and surya namaskar challenges in the class as well.

Her(Ashu Rawat_Jaipur) professional teaching , and training of yoga concept via an online platform made an impactful effect on my lifestyle and activated my mind,solved out mental stress.
