I have enrolled under Sadhak Anshit Yoga foundation. Anshit sir is very knowledgeable about the different yoga forms and styles. I would highly recommend this course and studio to anyone that is looking to improve their knowledge and understanding of yoga.

I really enjoy the fact that Sadhak Anshit Yoga is a school for everyone. I learned the entire Ashtanga Yoga primary series in three months. It was really difficult, but the dedication and patience (as well as a push when necessary) the Yoga Guru Sadhak Anshit ji is Superb. I especially liked the philosophy and anatomy courses. Sadhak Anshit ji had volumes of knowledge and I learned a lot.

Sadhak Anshit sir is an expert in knowledge of body movement, vast/various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & his attention to detail make for a great instructor. he uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques. he also has the ability to challenge students while keeping the classes enjoyable, informative & highly recommended.
