I would like to register. How to register for 10 days course? Please guide

It is the best meditation i have ever seen............very beautiful and nice place. The rules are strict and the most interesting thing that's 10 days complete nobal silence so you feel very peace and the lots of thinking is reduced ..........so I love this meditation Thank you for reading this .

I managed to do a 10 day course vipassana and it was very enlightening... The staff are polite, the facilities were clean and the food was always delicious... I recommend everyone to do it. The rules were also strict which was good . The teacher was great

It was a calming experience. I would like to thank Vipassana Center for such an awesome experience. Excellent management. And that also without any expectation in return. I would recommebd it to everyone to do it once in a lifetime. ???

20 minutes outside Kolhapur this is a very easy location to get to. You can take a bus but will need a tuk tuk to travel the remaining 10 minutes, unless you dont mind the 1hr walk. The centre is one of the larger ones in India. It Can fit 100+ in the main Dhamma meditation hall and another 50 in the secondary. Sleeping quarters are comfortable and clean. The centre runs on donations. Courses are 10 days long with some 20+ and some very short 1-2-3 day introductory for younger ages. Food is great also. I didn't take many photos because no phones aloud inside!

Peaceful! I loved it! You must try once in life. How to go. First come to sangli fata anyhow. Then wait for buses from kolhapur to sangali. Take a stop at hatkanagke bus stop.take auto- rikashs from here. They take 100 ? for special journy.

If the course teacher is late Mr. Satyanarayan Goenka ji, then there is no way this course can be rated less than 5 stars. This rating is not for the place, which is good too but for the way Vipassana is taught here (using the audio and video recordings of SN Goenka ji) and for every other Vipassana center for that matter. This place shows you the way to gain the knowledge and experience beyond this material world within your own body. If you are planning to take the 10 day Vipassana course, this place has the environment that the course needs. I wish you all the best. Goenkaji did his best to give a complete picture of Vipassana in the limited period of 10 days which is very less. Just follow the instructions diligently and you will gain much more from the course.

It is located in foothills of sahyadri mountain. It is main vipassana center of deccan. Also jain temple kunthugiri is located here...while mediatating here you can listen sounds of peacock monkeys ...you can watch them here in flock...it is place where you can transform yourself...true teaching of buddha taught here..here you can get mastery over your mind body and senses...its like new birth with vigoir and joy, you burn negative karmas here...most puer place...if gravity can pull you down,then grace from here can help you to uplift...very practical true experience...

This center is really well managed by vipassana trust over there. I got a chance to undergo for 10 day vipassana discourse here and my experience was totally different here. I did well than any other course I did in past. This center also conducts 30 and 20 days courses in August every year.

I took 10 days course here and it was indeed a great learning experience. How to reach: reach hatkanangale first through train or by bus (bus only come till kolhapur Only take hatkanangale bus which will cost you 30 rs Only - 40kilometer) From hatkanangale the center is 8-10 kilometers only. Auto take 100-150 Rs. From train station or bus station till center.

To be True, One of the reason to attend Vipassana was that it was free, Nw after 10 days I'm falling short of words to explain my experience. I feel that my decision of attending 10 days course was my best decision ever. Don't believe words come and experience thats what all I can tell. Everybody knows that we should not react to bad things but we don't know how to do that. Here they teach the unique technique. Here we learn to see things as it is without any discrimination without anger, hatred. I'm very much Thankful to Management. Specially For there service, For 10days they serve breakfast, lunch wit superb buttermilk and evening snacks with superb high quality Milk and fruits. The menu for lunch was jus amazing I didn't expect salad, panner, jammun, etc to be served cos Now in present days no body takes trouble to serve high quality of food in free, that too for 10days. Nice Accommodation too, 10days I was very close to nature surrounded by peacocks, very quiet. Overall It was awesome n unforgettable experience, . Be Happy... Sabka Mangal Ho...
