I practiced Yoga specially Meditation with Dr. Ramkishore Sir (Amrit Yoga) for 5 days. He really helped me to make huge progress by deeper focusing on breathing techniques and the prana. He is very proffesional, effective, really very kind and helpfull, motivating, with great sense of humor! He provide yoga for all levels of practice: from beginners to advanced and also for yoga teachers. The first steps in meditation really helps me a lot to find silence in me life ;-) I have been with many teachers, but Ramkishore Sir is BY FAR THE BEST!!!! Even if I practice with him only 5 days, it is amazing how much I can learn. Thank you Sir 🙏🏻☺
