Very good atmosphere for ladies.I loose 6 kg weight in three months and 3-4 inches loose in my body shape,Richa mam is a very inspiring person and full of possitive anergy,I most like section is power yoga and aerobics.I am fully satisfied this place .

An excellent place for learning yoga and meditation. The spiritual talks by mam are very enlightening. The environment of the class is very warm and friendly. It is an apt place for losing weight the right way.I could see the results in first week. Everything about the class from the yoga and aerobic session to the dhyan session is awesome and that too in a pocket friendly cost. I would surely recommend this place for a very pleasant experience for your mind and body!
