It's been a month since I joined Prana. It has been definitely a great journey, the instructors and coaches here are extremely helpful and friendly. Yoga is not only meditation or not only the physical stretching or exercise of the body, it is a balance of both. Yoga is the balance of mind, body and soul. Yoga has helped me to grow physically, mentally and spiritually in this past one month. I've seen increase in my concentration and I am able to do any work with more focus.
