Perfect yoga class in Lucknow!! I joined yoga because I was not physically fit and also was in depression. I lost 10 kgs but After 2 months since I joined yoga class, I can say this my health has drastically improved, got my appetite back and have gained 3kgs. Also after doing yoga, I feel energised and my day go well and productive.

I had a great experience taking classes with Yoga Sadna Kendra Center.
I'm pretty much a complete beginner: just tried a few yoga sessions earlier. For me, the classes were great! The teachers had plenty of personal focus, and paid attention to my postures. They also guided me through a few routines and let me try them on my own. The lessons were very calm, and the teachers really set a peaceful tone throughout with their instructions.

I joined Yog for fitness and for few health issues I had. Sir, try to focus on each student of any age group with their issues they have. Class is full of fun and exercise. Every day he focuses on different body part and each day we learn new asan. Every class starts with warm up and then main exercise and at end relaxing exercise. Its been 2 months for me and I have seen positive results. I would surely recommend Yog Sadhana Kendra to anyone who wants to join Yog. Yoga se hoga!!

I have been going to Yog Sadhna Kendra since last 2 months. I was suffering from daily persistence headache, which was side effect of COVID. I used to have headache daily 24*7. I consulted neuro doctor and started taking medicine. Medicine helped me but not to greater effect. Then I thought of doing yoga and since then I am regularly going to yoga classes. B K Singh sir listened to my problem and suggested yoga aasan specifically for headaches and migraine. Today my medication has reduced alot and I have started feeling much better. B K Singh sir makes environment in classes very light and fun. I enjoy going there. He has been really helpful in my recovery.
