I had one of my best yoga experiences with Vyayam vibes . It was a private session with a small group of friends. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but my instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful, he went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend vyayam vibes.

I really enjoyed Yoga session with Neeraj sir. He communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and become an active part of it. If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate to join a class with him. 100% recommendable teacher!!

The two instructors we took classes from were Neeraj and Dheeraj. Both of them are good yoga trainers. I specially like their style because it is more traditional yoga rather than gym kind exercises which is becoming a practice with some yoga trainers as well. I recognize the merit of ancient asanas and like them in their true form. They were flexible with time, corrected our postures and also motivated to do better. Very professional i must say.

I felt a strong sense of calm upon arrival to the studio, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility. It was a great experience! Neeraj sir is a very friendly and professional yoga teacher. His private yoga sessions get me personalized instruction that I wouldn’t have in group classes. Let him know your goals, and he will carefully adjust the sequence and particularly help you work towards them. The studio is relaxing and quiet, with great music and scent getting me in a perfect mood for yoga. I highly recommend vyayam vibes yoga studio to anyone who wants an amazing yoga experience!

This yoga studio is a beautiful open space, quiet and relaxing. Dheeraj sir was great! It was my first time doing yoga and he made sure to guide me through the whole experience. Neeraj sir is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga he’s great to start with in a private session. he walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if you are starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. He has the experience to help with wherever you are at in your practice.

I have been to plethora of Yoga instructors. All the instructors of vyayam vibes are kind yoga instructor with amazing energy. At the end of every class you will feel a sense of relaxation and peace. I highly recommend them.
