I've been practicing power yoga with Shiv Holistic Yoga for the last 10 years and am extremely happy with the quality of teaching. I had not done yoga before that and suffered from an acute lower back problem for years. When I first started, the instructor told me the do's and don'ts, and over a period of 3 years, my back muscles got stronger, and the problem has disappeared. I am able to travel long distance, go on strenuous hikes, and try various forms of exercise that I could not think of before. I am very grateful to this institute for my fitness and stamina, and for the overall benefits like mental and emotional peace that yoga has empowered me with.

Being a senior citizen I have found that walking alone is not an enough exercise I joined Siv Holistic Yoga and have been practising for over a decade.My experience showed that doing Yoga is also necessary with it.This has kept my body supple and flexible All teachers have been very professional and caring to the particular need of the student

Experience was wonderful. This is not the first time I have been to yoga classes, as a child I have done training program. As I had opted for advanced yoga course, trainer provides Undiluted form of yoga. Teacher who train here follow what they say. Philosophical diet is the core of their courses and about your body. I am handicap and I have tried doing yoga at other centres which were very fast and i could not cope up. But with shiv yoga , i feel more confident and comfortable. I can't do all the asanas but our yoga teacher- Jitendra sir allows me to modify as per my suitability. Other centre teachers were so fast that i could not manage to do standing asanas like triyaktikonasana but here with Sir's slow and guided instructions at least i attempt it and am able to do it to a great extent.
