I enjoyed my massage therapy course here. Had lots of one on one time with the doctor who was very kind and knowledgeable! I would recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of Ayurveda and massage techniques. Since I took a private course I controlled the pace we went which was nice, and could ask lots of questions! Nice facilities and staff and overall a good experience!!

I am a therapist and travelled to Mysore to learn about ayurvedic massage and therapies. Found this place in the internet and contact them asking for info about the courses. They told me there was no problem for the timing (as I had 2 weeks left in India) and propose me to do the one month course in two weeks. I agreed thinking I would had extra hours lessons and my surprise when I arrived there, no other students, no facilities, no structure, no timetable... everyday told me come tomorrow at 11.15 and we spent around 2 hours reading some basic ayurvedic notes and that's it. With the practise no structure, and no notes or sequence about the massage. I felt I wasted my money and my time. After I finsihed I had to pay for another course in Gokulam and fortunately I learnt in a professional center.

I’ve decided to make Ayurveda treatment for first time, no particular general health problem except sometimes back pain. The doctor made the diagnostic and recommend detox treatment, ayurvedic neck massage with freshly prepared herbals and I also had yoga classes for first time. Kala is a wonderful massage therapist and Ravi attentive and professional yoga instructor. All the appointments were fixed and respected as planned and also according to my tourism plans. There are really attentive, helpful and friendly hosts. I highly recommend this place where I felt like with family. Hope to return.

This is a spa located in cenral location in Mysuru. They are specialised in different Ayurvedic forms of body massage and spa. The whole body and mind rejuvenerates with their therapy, not so costly , but very relaxing. You can try it out.
