I have just joined the classes few days ago and feels really good since then. Trainer has good in-depth knowledge of Yoga and imparted the same to the learners. Yoga basics are easily and simply explained to every yogi. Really good place to learn the art of Yoga and make ourselves fit for better today & tomorrow

A very good place to learn yoga from a professional trainer. They provide you with all the necessary equipments required and complimentary Zumba and sound healing sessions. The instructor is great and motivates you to stretch your boundaries.

Best thing which I like about this class is subtle combination of professionalism as well as fun. Ma'am brings us out of our comfort zone by applying much required strictness. While she gives attention to yoga posture of every student, on other hand, she will feel you comfortable with her smile and replies to our queries.

Best yoga center or studio in Delhi , faculty is very helpful , joined for over 5 months . yoga ma'am is very good. Yoga is also done with yoga props, clean and sanitised environment. Personel yoga kit is also provided. It's been 5 months I really enjoy doing yoga and meditation in the morning . Mahua ma'am ji is very down to earth and also strict .thanks to Anand yoga karolbagh
