Going to Ananda Ashram is the most blissful part of my life. Its like you bathe in the vibrations & aura of this place and get cleansed out. Meditation & Yoga with the wonderful disciples of Master uplifts my energy and fills my heart with joy…

There are many different ways and means to have the inner experience. From time to time I have tried various paths but I discovered that Ananda Sangha Delhi is the best place for people who really want to penetrate into the realm of inner experience. It is the place where you feel the presence of Divine Energies. Raja Yoga course is so helpful for controlling emotions and prepare yourself, your mind for going into deep meditation. Simultaneously yoga classes help you prepare your body for enabling you to maintain perfect posture during deep & long meditation. The way all the courses are conducted and yoga classes are done is just amazing. Located at a very easily accessible location in South Delhi , this Ashram is very beautifully decorated , has enough space to accommodate big crowds , separate rooms for learning meditation and other activities like chanting, affirmations and healing techniques etc. etc. Being there makes you feel as if God and Guru are showering blessings on you , you forget all your pains and worries the moment you enter the place. Feeling blessed to have found such a place..

Being associated with Ananda has changed my life! I’ve experienced joy and peace through meditation and service. Ananda Sangha imparts the knowledge of Kriya Yoga through 5 levels and bit by bit changes one as a human being.

The first visit was so peacefully mesmerizing with the darshan of the 5 majestic white statues of Lahiri Mahasaya, Mahavatar Babaji, Lord Krishna, Jesus Christ, Swami Shri Yukteshwar and beloved master Paramahansa Yogananda. I was charmingly magnetized by the spirit of sharing, love, devotion and joyful calmness as an underlying code of conduct in every interaction with the devotees during satsangs. The magnetism and vibrational presence of this lineage of Guru's was so subtly and beautifully palpable throughout along with the brotherhood love, and the sangha support which is like an anchor, a backbone inside and out of the ashram. One learns to share on this journey love, joy, support appreciation and encouragement in all big and small contributions and seva anyone can make with love and dedication: Seva, Satsang, support, self-study, and self-introspection as the limbs of this spiritual connection.

This place has a divine aura, so peaceful, calming and enchanting. The temple, meditation room, and garden everything is very vibrant and lively. One can comfortably spend even whole day at the ashram. They also have a good collection of books, CDs and other materials. At my first visit itself, the devotees; who manage the Ashram, made me feel so homely as if I had been with them for long. They answered all my queries regarding the upcoming programs & classes, very patiently and nicely. I would surely be visiting the place further to attend other enriching sessions.
