Bharat Thakur’s yoga classes exude an overall rejuvenation of one’s lifestyle related to all attributes of holistic health. I started classes three years ago and greatly look forward to the five yoga sessions during the week. The trainers are excellent and immensely motivate you to bring out the best in a person. The yoga classes have helped me maintain my weight with a rush of my daily energy level. In addition, my mental well being is enhanced by excercise resulting in a positive outlook to life. I highly recommend Artistic Yoga to all of you.

I began practising yoga at the hauz khas studio since 6 months and I think I am going to continue for a long time! Febin, the instructor, is punctual, good natured and keeps the class interesting by adding new postures now and then. I leave the class feeling very relaxed although the workout is suitably strenuous because of how he paces the class. I am feeling healthier than ever since I joined here and feel like I have more stamina. My back pain is gone! I have been to yoga studios all over the city and the world and this class is one of the best ones!

The BEST YOGA Studio I have ever incorporated in my practice. I am thankful to these classes for changing my life - body, mind & soul. I enjoy & learn.....just cannot stay away from yoga mat for long!!!

I have been practicing Bharat’s yoga since 2005. My practice began as an effort to loose weight, which did happen. But over the years, the practice began to mean so much more to me. It became about connecting with my soul and being it. It became about evolution. Bharat has crafted this form of yoga skillfully and he chooses his teachers carefully. They bring his wisdom and art form to me impeccably and allow me to grow as a divine being.
