Their sales person NIYATI is the rudest person I have ever come across! Wanted to enroll for a batch of 8 classes and informed theme about the same well in advance, also informed them that due to lack of time only 1 timing suited me and that I would be relocating abroad very soon hence planning of the sessions to be attended is important.
After attending the trial class, the next class is cancelled without any intimation, to me. This girl NIYATI sends me a message after i have already reached the location and found out and then justifies herself by saying the network was bad, I had sent the message to you an hour before the class starts!
Really? the network in Delhi is so bad that it takes an hour for a message to get through?
This gets better. She starts hounding me on messages and when i don't respond because of my bad experience before, I get a call from her asking me why i didn't finally join even though she informed me of the next scheduled class (which btw was at a timing and day of the week that doesn't suit me and was already made very clear to the team beforehand, also the trainer and content of the class was different from the the one I had chosen).
When I then politely try to share my feedback with Niyati she replies saying 'DUDE, you had enough time to do 8 sessions, I informed you of the classes but you didn't turn up(the same ones that didn't suit me btw), when the previous class was cancelled, not my problem if the message reached you an hour late..and all this with a very loud and impolite tone. Then hangs up on me!
The WORST EXPERIENCE in wanting to join a new class! If you guys cannot treat interested and new customers in a professional and polite manner, please just shut down already.
