I joined Hith Yoga studio during my trip in New Delhi as I needed some practice (and peace of mind). Contacting them was extremely easy and I received a warm response very promptly... Such a positive first impression! When I arrived, I found a lovely, relaxing studio and was welcomed by the teacher. The yoga session was honestly one of the best ones I had, and found the guided meditation very soothing yet energizing. At the end, the teacher was extremely available to answer a few questions I had to better my practice. I hope to come back soon and I warmly invite everyone to improve your wellbeing by joining this studio (even if you are on a short stay in New Delhi, like I was!). Namaste🙏

I had the wonderful chance to join Hith Yoga in Delhi, was totally unexpected and I am so glad I could make it. The class was peaceful and I felt connected with the people around me and the environment. I also liked the balance between relaxation and quiet moments with the more active assanas or poses. Sadly I was only on a short trip to India and Delhi, otherwise I would love to join these classes permanently, I totally recommend this yoga studio for regular yoga practice or as a drop in session like me.

I dropped in a class conducted by Ruchi, her way of conveying the instructions and the flow of the class came with a sense of serenity and balance for the body and mind. I do recommend anyone to explore this class here.

I heartily recommend this yoga class in Dehli. I enjoyed very much practicing in such a coocooning place and it felt like a peaceful moment in the center the bustling city. The teachers are very considerate as they really care about each person's level and correct your position if needed with a lot of care and respect. It is a small group and I appreciated the composition of the course, wisely balanced between body strengthening, deeper postures and relaxing times. I hope I will have the opportunity to join this class again!

Their sales person NIYATI is the rudest person I have ever come across! Wanted to enroll for a batch of 8 classes and informed theme about the same well in advance, also informed them that due to lack of time only 1 timing suited me and that I would be relocating abroad very soon hence planning of the sessions to be attended is important. After attending the trial class, the next class is cancelled without any intimation, to me. This girl NIYATI sends me a message after i have already reached the location and found out and then justifies herself by saying the network was bad, I had sent the message to you an hour before the class starts! Really? the network in Delhi is so bad that it takes an hour for a message to get through? This gets better. She starts hounding me on messages and when i don't respond because of my bad experience before, I get a call from her asking me why i didn't finally join even though she informed me of the next scheduled class (which btw was at a timing and day of the week that doesn't suit me and was already made very clear to the team beforehand, also the trainer and content of the class was different from the the one I had chosen). When I then politely try to share my feedback with Niyati she replies saying 'DUDE, you had enough time to do 8 sessions, I informed you of the classes but you didn't turn up(the same ones that didn't suit me btw), when the previous class was cancelled, not my problem if the message reached you an hour late..and all this with a very loud and impolite tone. Then hangs up on me! The WORST EXPERIENCE in wanting to join a new class! If you guys cannot treat interested and new customers in a professional and polite manner, please just shut down already.

For a long period, I had been looking for some avenue to relax my body, mind and soul and on finding about hith yoga, life has only become easier. The organization is an innovative startup which offers some amazing opportunities for practicing yoga and is extremely user-friendly. Its been a great experience with them and I highly recommend this place to all those who need a quick respite from the erratic, crazy city life that Delhi offers and improve one's physical and mental health.

I would like to share my experience with hith yoga here.. because I would want people to know how it is different from yoga done by many other groups...I had been doing yoga earlier also but to me it was just a form of exercise to loose weight... it's only after I joined hith yoga I understood that yoga is far beyond my small expectations...,the teachers at hith yoga , through their interactions and personalized attention make u understand your own body...hith yoga gurus have enabled me to know that how yoga works on our internal organs and most importantly our souls...I have become a better human being today because of the transformation bought inside me due to meditation and chanting sessions.i have a better control over my emotions..and I am able to feel relaxed and rejuvenated after every session I attended with them..my life style is totally changed..I have started eating the right food..my diebeties is reversed...and there are ample such reasons for which I have all thanks to hith yoga
