First and foremost , thanks a lot for the time , energy and the support throughout my all sessions. It's been a great learning experience and I have seen a lot of changes in myself as I increased my strength , flexibility and my concentration power. I would highly recommend to everyone to do yoga through livyogfit under the guidance of the trainer who is behind all above Mr.Gaurav...he is vintage yoga trainer.

Gaurav sir is excellent yoga trainer/teacher.. he’s got deep n thorough knowledge of Yoga . Best part of his that he gives attention to every individual very calmly and patiently. Amazing experience with him .. strongly recommend him 👍

I have been practicing yoga with Gaurav sir from past 8 months and within these months i have started feeling more connected to my body. I no more care about weight loss and focus on strength flexibility and endurance instead.. it has improved not only my body postures but have made me a person more reluctant to stress.. i have more tolerance now andi feel it at very different stages of life. Gaurav sir has been a great motivation.. every single day he motivates us ,correct our postures, teach us facts about body and life with same enthusiasm. I have never seen so much patience towards his work and life at this extent and when he shares his own experience how much yoga has changed him.. it make us believe that yes all we need is to focus.. and rest everything should be done . I can never be thankful enough for bringing huge change in my thinking in life 🙂i Vandana 🙂

Awesome yoga class by Gaurav sir , I must say he has a great knowledge in yoga asanas, his classes are very energetic as well . He gives equal amount of time for each person to correct his/her posture or to motivate to push our limits . I highly recommend his classes 👍!

Hiii friends, I would like to share my personal experience with yoga, Delhi.Last month I went to delhi to spend my vacation. There my relitives lives. We decide to join yoga to workout for sometime. So we went yoga classes.Only after 10 days we came to know that suitable workout done by gaurav ji .Gaurav sir is good instructor👍. Gaurav sir is very experienced instructor. I appreciate him for hard work.

Learning Yoga from Gaurav Sir for over a month now, the changes I have felt in my self is immense, the trainer give attention to every individual while making sure no one is bored from the repetitive moves.. very effective and very beneficial... 👍🏼
