You can join morning or evening classes or enrol in advanced courses. Pre covid they were also offering courses in meditation and other grade A foundational courses. Now you need to check the availability of the same.

I dont know on what basis people have rated more than 4, as national institute we expect space during class ' clean room, proper management they have dirty mats, dirty rooms, congested rooms i will rate it only zero. In less than this fees cult is giving best.

It's and Yoga institute under Ministry of Ayush, it's and government Institute. You can do Various yoga one month , 6 month 1 year or 3 year courses from there. The basic course that you can avail from here is The "FOUNDATION COURSE IN YOGA SCIENCE DOR WELLNESS { FCYScW} ". It's an 1-3 month course depending on the time you want to complete it in. After this course there are various other Educational programmes, Training courses, health promotion and Therapy programmes offered here. You can see the picture below in my post and have the detail of all the courses. The courses are offered here at the Institute and at various Gov stadiums as well. Mostly the batch timings are of morning in the stadium classes .

Did foundation course so went to collect the certificate. It is just opposite to Bangla Sahib Gurudwara. Got down at patel chawk station and walked here. Its about 900 meters from patel chawk station. There were ayurvedic doctors available as well. I consulted an ayurvedic doctor for only 50 rs.

Awesome Institute for Yoga. I have done foundation and Protocol Instructor from this Institute. My teacher was Upma mam. Her way of teaching is awesome, she is somewhere strict and polite too. Her way of solving queries is really good. Very soft voice which you kept calm after entering the class. Institute arrange YCB exam for their students so students don't have to do any efforts for YCB exam. Only you have to do study and practices properly according to teachers.

Best place to learn yoga, various courses of yoga from foundation course to degree level course are also offered by this institute. This institute is located near Shivaji Stadium Metro & Patel Chowk Metro Station.

Now turned as a deemed yoga university, Such a wonderful Institute of yoga 🧘‍♀️, operated under govt. , I am doing a course of wellness instructor ( CCYWI ) of six months duration . As per lockdown almost all courses are being organized online. If you are interested in yoga and trying to choose Institute then I would prefer MDNIY as one of the best college 🎓, my mentors are so marvellous named as Amit Sharma sir , pooja adhikari mam , samrita sital mam who taught and guided us in a right direction trough their great teaching and efforts.
