First of all I am not into writing reviews, but when you seriously get benefited, you feel like sharing it ,so that others can reap its benefits. Yoga would have been my last choice for a fitness routine, but after joining this institute , I can say yoga is a part of my life now . Anita Mam is so sweet and she knows her stuff very well. I came here with my knee's soft tissue injury and I feel much better now because of Mam's personal attention to each and every student. I will definitely recommend this place for yoga.
PS: Atleast go for a month before jumping to any conclusion.
