At the Ritu Yoga Center Mayur Vihar ph-3, I felt welcome from the first to the last day. The warm atmosphere, the simple and loving living together contributes to immerse yourself in the daily practice of yoga. The teachers do not just practice their profession, they share their yoga lifestyle with you and give everything to accompany you in your way. When Guru Ritu ji in his uniquely and refreshingly naive manner teaches pranayama, it is easy for you to practice and experience the profound power in it. His experience and knowledge are great and he loves to share it.

My teacher training Guru Ms. Ritu Ji was so wonderful and inspiring! I very much enjoyed his classes about yoga, yoga philosophy and life. His wisdom made it complete and gave amazing insights. Beautiful how he combines old knowledge from the east and the busy lives from the west. Choose joy and pleasure, I can recommend it to everybody! Thanks Ritu ma'am.......I felt reiki practice was amazing and lifted my soul to the higher state. It was a life-changing experience to learn under the guidance of Master Sunil. My brother also was initiated at the fourth level of reiki at the Ritu Yoga training center. In the past, I have several yoga classes here, too. All ancient arts taught at this center is great. I highly recommend this center for yoga and reiki students and experts.

Myself and my husband really enjoyed a one-off private yoga class here. My husband had never done any yoga before but our yoga teacher Ms, Ritu Ji went through each of the steps very clearly and made it a really relaxing and also fun experience for both of us.

Ritu ji and the energy of the group gave the retreat an unexpected sense of purpose with our mutual journeys. Kura Kura is a perfect location for a retreat. There are few temptations in the surroundings and the environment is beautiful and very calm. Also, the food was amazing and gave extra depth to the experience.

The direct and lovely personality of Guru Ms. Ritu Ji warms my heart. She provided healthy culinary delight, what as a food lover I really appreciated. Her caring was kind and I was allowed to explore with her Delhi outside the Training Centre and unique experiences were given to me.

The yoga here is very very high quality. I’m fresh off a week of Delhi and this was a welcome return. I loved the style, super friendly, v hands on and in a family style space. Learnt loss - and a great space to get away from the chaos!

I used to get the flu once a year, or at least one cold with the change of the seasons. Otherwise, I was very healthy. That was my story for about 30 years. I biked, ran, Nordic skied, and did yoga in between. Then I started a serious yoga practice, developed a sadhana, began aligning my practice with my dosha, and built a home studio. My asana and meditation practice usually lasts 90 minutes a day.

Two years ago I struggled with lower back pain. My doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory medication to help with the pain. When I learned that these medications can cause colon problems and abdominal bleeding, I made a commitment to look for a healthier way. That is when I found out the benefits of yoga. I started practicing at home through t.v. exercise programs such as "Yoga with Lilia" and "Yoga Zone." It changed my life not only physically and cured my back pain, but spiritually and emotionally. I practice every day (at least 30 minute sessions), I lost two dress sizes and the things that use to bother, don't anymore. I have been enriched in so many ways.
