I had joind the yoga classes few days back . I was low in stamina with high bp and knee pain but only in few classes i am able to see difference in myself.My instructor is also very good. I M glad i joined this place.

love this place,,,,my mother not able to walk properly before join this,,,,doctor recommended operation,,but after join sadhna yoga smiti,,iam very happy,,bcz my mother is in recovery mode,,now she can walk ,she can use stairs as well ,must recommend to join this.

I have gone through the treatment for disc problem . I was suffering badly for the last 8 years . After taking the treatment from Sadhna Yoga Samiti i m feeling much much better .. They r madter in their work.
