I would highly recommend all to book yoga classes here. I am a regular practitioner of yoga (at home) since 2012, however I have been constantly gaining weight since 2017. Since then I have been trying to loose weight, I have tried aerobics, pilates, and various other forms of exercise bit to no avail. I joined the classes here, and lost 2 kgs in a month, though I have not been regular. I must say Sir is really a very good instructor, he makes us go in advance asanas very easily. The yoga nidra sessions at the end of the week is a heavenly experience, the way sir guides through the session is very soothing. I literally feel that every negative feelings, such as pain, just leaving the body, leaving me refreshed and calm. Also, I would like to emphasis on the fact that doing has helped me deal with depression, anxiety like magic.
