The studio is fantastic with great vibes and great space. The instructor especially, Ashmita Khanna, is a well trained and experienced from all the aspects of yoga. She is very welcoming and supportive for everyone and I have recommended this yoga studio to many of my friends. Yoga classes with ashmita khanna . I was taking classes with her. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Always on time. Even in the online classes, nothing misses her eye. Whatever problem you have, she has a solution with yoga. And within that one hour class, the problem is gone. Yoga helps me to concive with in a month. I am glad I found her.

l have learnt.a lot of perfect information about doing yoga. lt is good to know how to prevent injury in doing yoga and this is my aim in taking this course. l feel wonderful every time after doing yoga. However, owing to my age, l got stiffness in my joints. Therefore, l encountered difficulties in many postures. l wish l can learn some methods to overcome it. Our yoga guru Ms.Ashmita Khanna is also very good yoga teacher, she is charming and dedicated to her work. Moreover, she teaches yoga as a perfectionist. I am sure that it was a perfect experience with her and eager to learn more and more things from her.
