Many workout fads come and go but nothing can be enduring as yoga is . I have been doing it from past 2 years . I can completely say it is the best experience of my life . Not only i have reduced oddles of weight , i have developed a positive outlook towards life , i have become more optismistic , developed great flexibilty , built arm strength ( not using machines , rather with my own body weight ) . I have learnt over 50 asans , pilates , functional training , dieheart . The yoga centre was a second home for me and so were the people coming there . My mentor "Mr . RUPESH GAUR" is extremely motivating and keeps his eye on everyone . Please i request sir to open a branch in gurgaon sector 15 , i miss it badlyyy .
