I never thought this aspect of yoga and yoga asanas.. such a wonderful training I have... Overall a very informative training session. Course content got well covered and also demonstrated the concept very well. Gratitude for such an informative and concept-clearing course.. Where we learn True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. This Yoga course is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.

The Basic Yoga Teacher Training course (200 hours) is the best way to start your journey into Yog. I got to learn so much, in pure detail through this course. I never expected that the journey of getting trained as a yoga teacher could be so detailed, informative, and strengthening via an online platform. The course has been life changing and an enthralling experience. I can personally vouch for this course. It is a path that everyone MUST walk on at least once in their lifetime. I joined The Yoga institute to overcome my own weaknesses , to battle the anxiety issues i had. But the way this course has changed my perspective is beyond i could ever hope for. I have joined the Basic TTC in the month of Jul'21 and it was a life changing experience for me. I am glad that I chose the The Yoga Institute for my course. The Teachers we got was really the best in their field, we got to learn from Manish sir and his teaching style is very unique and nice. I have learnt Yoga Teacher Training Course of 3 months from this Institute. It was a wonderful experience. The course fees was just Rs 22000, but I gained priceless knowledge from this course. Very nice, calm, knowledgeable n supporting staff taught teaching skills with love to us. Their way of teaching was commendable.

I would like to thank TYI for the holistic and comprehensive yoga beginners course. It's a great introduction into yogic asanas, pranayam and philosophy. Through the 200 hrs beginners course, i was able to make many changes in my everyday practice. The course instills the habit of being more aware of self and surroundings through training of mind and body. At every stage of the course, i felt that the teachers took deep interest in every student and made sure that the students retained all the core aspects of the subject. Over the course of the last several months, i have been able to see higher levels of productivity and awareness by practicing some of the basic practices discussed in the class sessions. This has been truly eye-opening and I am grateful to the Yoga Institute for conducting and imparting yogic knowledge in a simplified way for all stages of practitioners.

I joined yoga teacher training course bcoz I am interested in yoga since childhood. But after joining I realised it is much more than my mere interest. This course not only enhance my knowledge but also generate power & strength within to heal myself from diseases which are bothering me since long. I don't knows from where should I start, I wanted to start my yogic journey from a long time wasn't getting the right platform and the time and one day a saw post for the BTTC by yoga Institute and in that moment everything felt so right so enrolled for it. Everyone was just too great all the teachers and coordinators helped us through out the journey. The course was designed amazingly.
