The Yoga Panda

Yoga Panda is a wonderful place to shed calories as well stress. The sessions are so helpful for the body and the mind to get relaxed. Everyday, the exercise focuses on a particular body part. The place in itself has such a positive environment that it makes you feel so much better. If you’re having a hectic routine, you can also enroll for meditation sessions. They make you practice different kinds of meditation everyday which helps your mind gain all the positive energies and makes you feel happy. My experience at the yoga panda was wonderful. I definitely recommend you to join it!!

I hired her when I was in the lowest of my health. Severe thyroid, cervical and chronic anxiety was taking a serious toll on my body and my lifestyle. Her skill, knowledge, understanding nature and meditation methods helped me out a lot. I'm getting better, my lifestyle is changing and I feel fit and happy. She's a great teacher and I recommend her to everyone.

I dunno what to say.. The training sessions are exceptional not just cuz of Shipra's physical skills, but also her motivational talks. Be it personal problems, health issues or depression, she helps people deal with everything. She puts in her heart and soul, when it comes to helping you. An absolute gem of a person!
