Sunita ma’am and sir are amazing teachers. They made doing yoga so easy and comfortable. My flexibility increased within 1 week and the results were also visible. Both of them are very humble and kind they don’t scold you when you do anything wrong but very politely corrects your mistake. It is a great experience and very refreshing. 1 hour of practise everyday can make your body work more smoothly and efficiently. Very good yoga classes and trainer. The trainers are very good and helpful. They provide nice yoga classes and are well trained. They have helped me in getting relief from back pain and have helped many more people and the fees is one of the lowest in the market.

Rahul sir is perfect yoga instructor, he observe very little things aslo about individuals, like posture,breath & timing, he is very good in making sequence of warm up , exercise & relaxation. He he's very good knowledge of human body & it's nervous system, we are enjoying his class very much & hope our health will improve in his class in some time.
