It has been a wonderful journey of “Tri-fold Yoga” with Shri Param Acharya sir. I have learnt the beginner course that is “Short Term Meditation Course” under which he taught me lots of things like body limbs movements, how breaths become Pranayam and its various forms to keep my body fit and active. He also taught me the three different types of meditations―Observation, Visualisation and Realization.
After practicing all these three meditation types, I can feel that my mind has become more calm and peace and now I can able to concentrate on things more as compared to before and whatever I have learnt under this course, I will keep practicing on daily basis throughout my life for more greater results.
I will always be great to Shri Param Acharya sir for teaching me this valuable course. His teaching style is so unique that it becomes easy for us learn faster.
I will definitely recommend his course to those who wants to stay fit, active and calm throughout the day.
