Triveni Yog Sansthan

I’ve been practicing yoga with him from few days back and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body – I gained so much flexibility and strength! Rajesh Sir is fantastic. I met him while he was teaching another class in the park. He is very knowledgeable, patient and caring about his students. Having lived in Dubai and Chicago for the last several years, I had been to plenty fad, bastardized and overpriced “yoga” classes (from Bikram, yin, vinyasa flows and ashtanga). Rajesh sir is a rare gem who teaches authentic yog, as it’s meant to be!

I started my yoga journey 2 months ago with Triveni Yog Sansthan. I got so many positive changes in my body physically and mentally.The way Sir teach is very good and gentle. He is very soft spoken.He helped me everytime when i faced any health issue. You must join the classes...for a fit body nd mind.

Triveni yog Sansthan is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga it's great to start with . I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. They have the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.
