Vikas is an Amazing yoga teacher. We hired him for our Mom and Dad. He heard to all the physical problems my parents had and then customised the yoga sessions accordingly. My parents are very impressed with his style and how he handles all the aggression and dislikes that my parents imposes on him. He handles and resolve all the physical problems through yoga very well. He is the guy who knows how to teach yoga the right way.

Vikasji is a very dedicated teacher. He makes sure to give proper practice to all participants, he explains all benifits and limitations while performing asanas also gives the theropatic reasoning behind the asanas. Strongly recommend his classes to all.

We have been doing yoga with Vikas sir from almost an year now, and it has been a journey of transformation. Vikas has all the skills and correct knowledge about yoga and his expertise has also guided us to perform asanas in correct way. My husband who was a gym fanatic has completely moved to yoga for health and fitness. All thanks to Vikas sir !!!

I have been a cancer patient and doing yoga from last 5 years.Yoga has helped me a lot during my cancer treatment and has calmed my body , mind and soul. I have also suffered slipped disc and was unable to stand , walk or bend but after continuing yoga , I am able to do suryanamaskar.It has given me lot of flexibility and has boosted my stamina.Yoga is a way of my life.I would strongly recommend yoga to everyone to remain healthy as yoga connects body, mind and soul. Our yoga instructor is Mr Vikas. He is very punctual and very efficient and effective in yoga specially for stretching excercise. By doing exercises for one month I relived of my backache and my leg muscles becoming strong.

I used to suffer from severe and frequent back pains, but thanks to Vikas ji, I don't have any such problems anymore. Not just that, my back and body feel so much more flexible and in a healthy shape after my long and consistent yoga practice with Vikas ji. For me, Yoga has truly been great for my body and mind, as I also feel a lot more relaxed,patient and healthier now than earlier.
