I have joined them for Maternity Yoga. It’s been 4 months that I am coming daily for the same. It’s a wonderful place with homely ambience. I had knee problem from past 25 years, after taking treatment in Aadyam i am able to walk without pain in 1 month only. After completing my 3 months full treatment course I am totally fine and very happy. I came to Aadyam Yoga Institute for my back problem. The treatment provided here was very useful to relive me of the back pain. This was done via tractions with props and later I was taught exercises to continue at home. The trainers support was very satisfactory. This type of medical yoga must be tried for issues such as back, knee and cervical prior to considering any kind of surgery.
