Aadyam Yoga

I was suffering from hip n sciatica pain for more than 4 years. Tried many doctors treatment and many Physiotherapy sessions but there was no relief. My cousin recommended Aadyam yoga and I decided to give it a try and in just one month I have 70% pain relief. I have decided to continue for 3 months till it is completely cured and I am very positive about it. I wish I knew about Aadyam yoga before. I have joined them for Maternity Yoga. It’s been 4 months that I am coming daily for the same. It’s a wonderful place with homely ambience. I had knee problem from past 25 years, after taking treatment in Aadyam i am able to walk without pain in 1 month only. After completing my 3 months full treatment course I am totally fine and very happy. My lumbar problem was also cured in 2 months, recently I had some issues related to heart but that also reduced in 1 month. Thank you Aadyam Yoga.

Since years I have been suffering from spine issue so much that it was difficult for me to get up from the bed. I came to Aadyam Yoga Institute for my back problem. The treatment provided here was very useful to relive me of the back pain. This was done via tractions with props and later I was taught exercises to continue at home. The trainers support was very satisfactory. This type of medical yoga must be tried for issues such as back, knee and cervical prior to considering any kind of surgery.

I came to Aadyam yoga centre with Arthritic left knee. After starting therapy within 10 days I was relieved of the pain and walked without limp. Now I'm able to walk, climb stairs, swim and also sit crossed legs. I've benefitted tremendously from this therapy and highly recommend it.
