Very good yoga class , covers pranayam and asanas for the entire body. The best thing about the class is, it gives a lot of variations so you don’t feel monotonous each day . Fun to attend the class .

I have been going here for a little over a year now. I have to admit that they I delivered on the promise. I'm almost completely healed while is a miracle considering my age. My trainer is very polite and helpful. I made my family members join with me. Good luck and keep up the good work

The best ....awesome staff...very polite ...very professional and educated too ...teaches yoga as well as several ayurvedic treatment are done very systemically..by analysing the patient well and giving them wat suits them the best ....kshitij centre rocks !!

Very good facility with experienced yoga teachers. Is also pocket friendly. However the morning batches might be too full for comfort but they have multiple batches. Love their flexibility with classes once you join. Thank you for a great experience and introduction to loving yoga!!!

I called to enquire abt the yoga classes but the response I got is do u see what the time is, I called at 10 PM thinking that this is a commercial number and the lady spoke rudely with me..I understood that they are unprofessional so no question of joining here....
