Sakshi yoga studio is my place to go every morning to beat the blues and kick start off my day. The moment I am at this place, I practice yoga under the guidance of teacher and sweat :), this keeps me going. Yoga teacher shares tips for other health issues as well if you have any. I personally overcame my periods pain after doing yoga and practicing yoga postures recommended by her. Regular fat, BMI check ups are done to keep motivated and to see the progress. The best thing about this Yoga studio is that there is no rush in doing all postures a single day as she designed certain postures for each and every day, the importance is given to posture and how long one can hold the posture. Definitely one can give a try at this place.
