Shriyog institute of Iyengar Yoga Magarpatta

It is a beautiful space with knowledgeable and well trained guides/tutors/gurus. The cost of the course is affordable and the classes are accessible to wide range of people seeking fitness/mindfulness. The only side I don't lile is the traffic sounds sometimes but it's not annoying or a deal breaker.

I have been regularly attending yoga classes here. Hitesh sir is a great teacher. I was first introduced to yoga here and my life has transformed after i started. This institute teaches iyengar yoga in the right manner for a beginner to grow and advance in this journey. Learning yoga for me is just like learning to walk again but with more awareness. Please give it a try and would highly recommend for kids to start early !!

Excellent philosophy - holistic yoga and not just asanas. A lot depends on the instructor you are with. I had a great experience with four teachers - they were the best I've ever done yoga with. Would highly recommend Shriyog to anyone with one caveat - share your limitations with the coach frequently: Sunil Agarwal, columnist, The Times of India.

Shriyog is a wonderful and enriching experience. A definet go to institute if you want to see long lasting results in your physical and mental well-being. What stands out is their eye for detail and presicion in instructions for all the asanas. I got hooked on to their classes because of their detailed teaching. Very professionally managed as well.

I have been a regular shriyog student ever since I discovered the "Shriyog Sadhana Retreats" in January 2021. Like many students curious about the subject of Yog, I have also been through multiple channels .. but there is something with Shriyog which makes a student reasonably serious about the subject of yog— stick with it. While instructions are important - I guess the others start and stop with instructions - in Shriyog I found a start with a set of instructions, only to evolve in an experience as the class unfolds. Sometimes, it is the whole buildup of the Hitesh sir’s class to get into dhanurassan experience while other times the experience of adding concreteness to the domain which I felt was only abstract so far through some of rajshree mam’s talks is intriguing & insightful. Don’t expect mudras, bandhas and all the jargons in shriyog — while I respect all these seemingly advanced dimensions of yog too, I have also experienced that all of these can benefit you only, if you get your basic understanding and elementary practise/posture right .. and shriyog is about laying that very strong foundation to your personal “journey inwards”

The experience has been really wonderful and am looking forward for the journey. I must add that the teaching style and step wise process of any aasan really helps me to perform aasan. Individual attention to any fault by students is given as far as possible. Am looking forward to possibility of attending offline session as soon as possible.
