I joined Tapasya Yoga, Karvenagar Class almost a year ago. During this period, my outlook towards body and mind has changed. Yoga Trainer Onkar introduces a new 'Asan' every week. Also, we classmates have been exposed to importance of Suryanamaskar, Pranayaam, Jalniti, Tratak, Pranik Energy Technique and various Relaxation Techniques. The best part of the class is sharing of knowledge, insights to the body and health sciences with rigourous yogasanas every day..!!
