My yoga experience with Ajay Sir has been very empowering and improved my fitness to new levels. The class is extremely peaceful and very professionally handled yet caters to each ones needs and weaknesses. Apart from improving my physical health, i have learnt so much about the body and its functioning. Very knowledgable and strengthens your mental health. My journey with Yoga Light began after the first lockdown and I had just recovered from covid, the routine helped bring me back to wellness and strength. The classes are very flexible and good hygiene standard. Due to the second wave there are now online classes and this too is a great experience. Highly recommend !

It's been only 2 months for me practicing yoga here and results are fantastic. The most important thing is Ajay is a great teacher. I wanted to do work on my fitness on regular basis for a very long time but was always confused that should I go to yearly gym or swimming or anything else then I took 3 months pack for Yoga Light Studio and I am telling you I am very happy with it. Had been to Gym, Swimming, Martial arts and many things in past but this one is the must have even if you club it with different activities. Ajay is having great experience and his 1 hour batch is enough if you attend it on regular basis. He had designed his sessions in a very nice way. Before joining this place I was very depressed because all of my body was very stiff and always use to pain and it was affecting my work personal life and everything, Now I can enjoy my work as well as my personal life. It's worth every penny. Join it for 3 months and you will feel the difference.

I have been attending yoga classes conducted by Ajay Naik and his wife Priya at Yoga Light Studios for several years now. Their knowledge, dedication, sincerity and care is something to be experienced. Classes start and end punctually and are well structured with very clear instructions and demonstrations. I would highly recommend yoga classes here for those who want an authentic yoga experience and those who want to strenghten their practice.

Yoga light studio is a great gem I found while spending a week in Pune. It's conveniently located in town and Ajay is an excellent teacher. I've been practicing yoga for many years and been to many classes and studios. This studio and Ajay is one of the best. I'm considering taking some workshops with him as well because his explanations are great and he is so willing to share all that he knows. He spends a lot of time with his students and very observant about each detail. Give Yoga light studios a try.

Arriving in Pune I tried several yoga schools and this is the one I liked the most. Mr. Ajay is very experienced in this field and is a well of knowledge in this field. It made me want to become a yoga teacher, which I did in this school. I feel I have acquired knowledge that I will not have acquired elsewhere. The studio is very well furnished, and is located in a quiet area. One of the biggest advantages is that it is a small school, so its teachers are very easily available. During my teacher training, they were able to adapt to my schedules, and also adapt their course to my expectations. Thank you from the heart.

I have been doing yoga at 'The Yoga Light Studios' for more than 1 year. I loved the teaching methods and sequences and hence decided to join their 'Yoga Teachers Training Course'. I'm proud to have completed the same and now am confidently practising and preparing to teach yoga. There are batches for medical therapy for curing disorders as in heart, joints, blood pressure etc. I took therapy for my recurrent lower back pain and it worked wonders. I recommend the yoga studio to all my friends for health, fitness and well being.

Yoga Light Studio!!! I have been going to Yoga Light Studio 5 days a week for almost 7 years now. This is the place where I found peace and balance in my life. Mr. Ajay as a yoga teacher is absolutely brilliant and excellent. I can’t imagine myself in any other yoga class. His teachings, techniques and therapies are very good. I hv been a part of YLS( Yoga light studio) since more than 2 years now . Our teacher Ajay Sir is really amazing, his way of teaching is very good n the yoga sequences are designed very meticulously n easy to follow. Class timings are also convenient n accomodating. Recently i did the teachers training course also with YLS and its been a total learning experience with immense knowledge of history of yoga and also benefits. Looking forward to teaching with Sir one fine day . Ajay Sir is the best yoga teacher i would say. His teaching style, friendly nature, soothing environment of the class motivates u 2b regular. As a beginner i learnt a lot here & it helped. Flexibility of timing is of great support for working people. I would definately recommend Yoga Light Studio to all.
