After coming back from a long break in my regular meditation sessions with Shibani Thakur, I realised how deep the relaxation is when I am in her class. I feel that its quite challenging to get to those deep levels all by yourself. And trust me, no matter what you are doing in life, you need to get deep relaxation for your mind, regularly. Whenever I encounter turmoil, noise, problems, etc, I can now simply corelate those to my disturbed inner self. Its almost magical...inner disturbance CAUSES external disturbance and never the other way around. Shibani's routine of PREPPING the mind for relaxation by using the body and breath as a tool really works well. TRY IT.
