I have been attending Zahabbiya's yoga classes for a long time. I started off with her sessions at the gym and now during the Stay at Home phase, via her online classes.
Each session focusses on a different aspect - core strenthening, balancing, mobility, strength building for different muscle groups. I have noticed improvements in my flexibility and strength over time. She makes sure that everyone understands what the asana is meant for and customizes it basis each student's physical range of movement. There is a lot of focus on posture and alignment - she explains which area of the body the movement should be felt and how to understand if one is doing it wrong. Pranayams are an inherent part of these sessions. I immensely enjoy her sessions and have noticed the benefits build up over time. I highly recommend her sessions to everyone.
