I've done a 100 hour Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga School. It was a great experience, I've learned modifications for the main asanas during pregnancy, breathing technics, relaxation and meditation. All the teachers are very experienced and knowledgable. I really appreciated the attention I got and the environment that was created during the course. I would highly recommend this school for any course you want to take. The facilities are nice - school is located on the mountain side of Tapovan, there is a big yard where you can practice or spend time with your classmates. The food was great - big variety and NOT spicy. Thank you very much.
