Iyengar pervades thru him classes.😇🙏Honestly, one of the most knowledgeable Yogi ji I had the opportunity to met in Rishikesh.😇🙏 Usually, on YTTC’s, adjustment/alignment classes are separated from asana’s class to an extra AA class. Since I experienced both in one, I learn much more consistent way and felt better results, and also because Arpit really takes care of the group, maintained our class according to our needs, no ego here so we went deep in asanas. 😍 If you have the opportunity to attain his classes, don’t wait for anything, go for it, take your seat, be there in time, observe and listen to him carefully!🧐 You will get vast knowledge and got inspired by his unique teachings. Don’t expect headless exercise sequences. In Arpit’s class, you will understand each movement, know which muscle use, how to contract them, 🦵💪 how goes against to gravity, feel each movement slowly step by step and being absolutely aware of what you doing. Imprint right body movement into your brain, know how to modify postures and use props also. Ready to pass it on as well as he did to your own students, surely will succeed as a future teacher. Had a good experience with yoga school and staff. All the staff and teachers are good and kind hearted person. Knowledge are awesome of every teacher. I came for a 1 month Yoga Retreat , & once it was over, I didn't want to leave ...so I stayed for another month & took the Astro Yoga. It is such an interesting course. I was totally new in the subject of Astrology, and got fascinated by it. I really enjoyed the classes, Dr Gaurav is an excellent teacher and makes it possible for a beginner like me, to understand every part of it. I will always come back to Rishikesh, it's a Magical place. And thanks to Sri Yoga Ashram Teachers & staff, I feel like I have a family to come visit. I will definitely miss you guys, the wonderful classes and delicious food, as well as the Sunday outings and Thursdays classes by the Ganges River. Thank you Sri Yoga Ashram Family, a Big NAMASTE to you.

I really enjoyed the time with the beautiful team of Sri Yoga Ashram! Dhanyvaad! It was itself a journey and I really recommend Rishikesh as the place to start your yoga journey! All the teachers shared incredibly much information. Their knowledge can only be a guide for deeper practice and self-study afterwards. Especially the yoga classes at mighty river Ganga have been a pleasant experience for me! My month spent at Sri Yoga Ashram was undoubtedly one of the best times of my life. I'm extremely grateful to have found such a wonderful ashram. The yogis are all immensely knowledgeable, friendly, relatable and understanding. From their teachings I have gained a deeper understanding of yoga, the yogic lifestyle, and myself. Sri Yoga Ashram has equipped me with tools that I will carry and use to shape the rest of my personal and professional life. All of the staff go out of their way to assist the students however they can. One of our Sunday outings resulted in the most scenic sunrise I have ever witnessed : ) Accommodation is peaceful and comfortable. The food is amazing! (lots of variety). I have untold thanks and respect for everyone at Sri Yoga Ashram. I could not have asked for a better experience
