Vedansha was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I came here at the end of my one year trip around the world. I was expecting to spend two weeks doing yoga and meditation to improve my own practice. What I found was unexpected, I fell in love with Pranayama and I finally understood the real sense of Yoga through the Master, amazing Pandeyji. What can I say? Teachers are great, food is delicious and staff is the kindest. At the same time if it is your first visit in India you will need some days of adaptation and if you come in summer be ready to experience the hot Indian weather. India is so challenging as inspirational. I found here one of my best Masters and through him the Real Yoga, a big open door. Really thankful to him and all the team.

I attended the 300h Ayurveda Practitioner Course here at Vedansha and I can't even begin to explain what a beautiful experience it was! The teachers are experts in their field of either Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pranayama or Ayurveda. They are all comitted to making you feel comfortable and building up your strength, flexibility and knowledge. Yoga Philosophy with Pandeey Ji was life changing, we all understood the power of Yoga and what Yoga really is. I recommend you pay to come to his class, if you're not interested in staying for a whole month. Thank you for enlightening me and I will be back!

I stayed from 1st of November to 16th of December. I attained a lot of different courses and was really happy about classes, teachers, staff, management and facility. Whenever we had any problem, they tried to solve it with all their power, they were always friendly and good towards us, they cared about us as if we were a big family. I'm grateful to them for everything and hope to go there again on May 2020! See you soon..

If you're searching for a place where you can learn in depth and yoga is truly about this is one of the places in Rishikesh! You'll find here a good team of knowledgeable teachers and good accomodations. The slogan "connect with yourself" is true, they'll give you the tools necessary for that and if you have an open heart and dedication you'll connect with yourself again. As a plus I have to share that in western world people tend to overvalue Asana and forget a bit about pranayama. Pandey Ji will give you ancient knowledge and practice of pranayama and you'll see in short time the benefits of this practice. He's a great teacher and master in this art. I'm already missing Vedansha and the staff!

I enjoyed my time here, the teachers were knowledgeable however it was well above my skill level as I am brand new to yoga. I think it would be very beneficial to refining the knowledge of experienced yogis, however not for beginners.

I completed my 300 Hour Yoga Therapy training with Vedansha and found it a positive experience overall. The quality of the teaching was very good with knowledgeable and experienced teachers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge of yoga with others. Special thanks to Lata, Sonu and Pandey Ji for sharing their knowledge in such an inspiring way; and to Jyoti, Deepak and Manu for looking after us so well. Vedansha is a incredible place to learn and leave Yoga! The team is amazing, just like a family! I got the 300 H Yoga Therapy TTC and I am surprised by the things I learned. So deep and too valuable for this time of the human race. I am grateful for being alive and live this experience in Rishikesh. Thank you Vedansha!

Me and my boyfriend visited Rishikesh for some days and we decided to participate in detox yoga retreat and me in Yin Yoga Teacher training. It was amazing experience, teachers especially Sonu, Pandey ji, Deepak are very knowledgeable. The education is going very smoothly and interesting. Theory as well as practical classes were very good, much more as expected. I did my 200 h TTC already in India some years back, but in these 10 days I learned so much. Great thanks to all staff for wonderful time and ability to learn so much.

The Institute offered me a good environment to deepen my existing knowledge and acquire new set of skills wich will help me develope my personal practice and hopefully successfully help other people. Deep gratitude to all the teachers and the Vedansha team. Namaste ??

Amazing place to learn yoga ! For the 200 ttc . In this ashram there is a so good atmosphere . Staff extremely friendly , and the teachers are really competent ! So good experience in Rishikesh with all the Vedansha team many thanks ????

Pandey Ji is a great teacher. His Pranayama classes are really good driving connectivity between your body, mind, breath and Prana. Yoga therapy classes are really good. You learn how to leverage asanas to drive well being and help against different diseases. Sonu, the Ashtanga teacher is very committed to excellence in the practice and pushes you to the next level. Very happy with my experience of reconnecting with myself through this course.

Leaving Vedansh feels like leaving my family. I learned so much and had an amazing time doing it. The course is very well planned and created with love and with an emphasis on our practice, once we return home. I have learned that what I eat, how I speak and act, yoga, and breath control will lead to uninterrupted meditation, and to a grounded, loving me. Thank you Pandey Gi and Vedansha team!
