I have completed the 200 hours TTC course from Yoga Hut with training from Neha Ma'am. Its' been a year since my association with Yoga Hut and Neha Ma'am- and my growth is visibly significant. The best part about the course is its holistic nature covering aspects of i) practical asanas, ii)theory and alignment, as well as iii) spiritual dynamics. By allowing peer-to-peer coaching sessions, the course allows the first timers to get over their fears of training a crowd. If you are looking to learn and gain knowledge about yoga with the aim to get connected with your true self, I recommend this course. Also, the institute has beautifully pivoted to an online model given the ongoing pandemic, so no worries there.

I have been going here for Aerofit since past 6 months now. It has really improved and increased my stamina. It is helping me build my strength day by day. The ambience of the exercise room is really great for workout. Huge open space, air-conditioned and brightly lit. The lively music motivates and energises you. The Meditation sessions on Saturdays are really refreshing. All the trainers are amazing, ever-helpful with great in-depth knowledge about everything they do. My trainer for Aerofit, Kajal is a wonderful, bubbly, girl (Strict at times) She makes sure that we do our bit with perfection and motivates us to achieve regular tiny goals. The overall experience is so enjoyable that you won't want to miss even a single day.

I can’t say enough about what the yoga hut does for me personally. It truly has helped me not just mentally but physically. I have successfully completed the 200 hours TTC course under the guidance of Neha mam. She is very supportive and super positive. She pushed me to the next level of my fitness journey.With the help of yoga hut it was easier to achieve my goal. Now I have started my own yoga classes.it would not have been possible without the help of Neha mam.She is always there to clear out any doubts, Queries and sharing knowledge and experience even after completing the course. I highly recommend giving it ago.

I have been attending Yoga sessions with Neha (Yoga Hut) for several months and identified that her teaching style is different and far ahead from the classical one. Her yoga sessions are Innovative, fast-paced and it covers multiple as well as challenging Yogasanas in one session and those are nonrepetitive ones. Every session is designed in such a way that it keeps the body and mind engaged followed by prayers.

Going for the last one month now. Simply amazed with how energetic I feel now.. All thanks to the excellent sessions by Reena Ma'am. The variety of exercises conducted ensure that everyone enjoys to the fullest with not a single boring routine. Keep up the good work Ma'am👍

I am a part of Yoga Hut for more than 6 Months. It is best place to practice yoga . The trainers are very passionate and have professional teaching skills.I want to really appreciate Darshana Madam, she has great and in dept knowledge and with her positive approach she motivates the whole class.She is kind hearten and very helpful. Yoga hut has excellent programmes conducted by well trained professionals. I took personal training for pre-natal exercises with Reena mam and she was superb. Her experience and attention to detail was immensely helpful. While my husband took their power yoga sessions which were great too. The experience is totally worth!

Few of the yoga teachers seem very well trained and experienced. They are quite motivating and push limits which is quite important. However, I only feel a little more attention to new students would be nice. The challenge for the yoga teacher should be to see a new student doing difficult aasaanas, rather than having the old students showcase their capabilities again and again. The place sometimes stinks and the mats are worn out n dirty.. (maybe we cud get our personal mats) and (the stink could be due to ongoing heavy rains.. giving it a benefit of doubt..) Otherwise it is a very good yoga training center

It’s been almost 9 months I Joined Yoga with Yoga Hut. For me Yoga means “Darshana Rathod” Mam – my beautiful and awesome trainer / mentor, who takes lots and lots of efforts for her each and every student. She makes every difficult asasnas easy for us by motivation and we end up doing the same. She gives personal attention to each and every student. In her dictionary there is no difficult asasnas it’s only determination and self-practice which help us in our betterment. I have myself seen lots of changes in my body, in myself overall after taking training under her. She also helped me in boosting my self-confidence. It was like Neha chalo karo, you can do….you can do and I finally do. In one sentence – She is the best trainer / instructor/ mentor I have ever met. Neha Gupta

Hi, I have been attending Yoga session under Rina Ma'am since last six months. From first day itself, Rina Ma'am made me feel comfortable by her friendly and kind nature. I felt like I already know her for years.There are many yoga institutes and trainers but what I like best of Rina Ma'am is she adds a personal touch with her understanding nature. It makes us comfortable and the session become fun rather than tiresome. Also, she always makes it a point to give alternate workout for people who have health issue, this itself shows her caring and responsible nature. I have found good difference in my body flexibility and in these six months and will definitely give the credit to Rina Ma'am.
