The charge for session is Rs. 1800 for 90 min session and they kind enough to give discount as well. I am waiting for sessions with them, before I edit my review to full marks one :) But only 1 session won't help much. Could be an expensive bit to proceed.

I have experienced meditaton and i must tell you its really very good and their teaching is very simple and understanding whatever sir and madam teaches its easy to do . i highly recommend people to do meditation with them its beyond words .

Hi, i and my company colleague attended a 3 days workshop related to stress management in work place. Initially i was not much excited to attend as i thought i domt have stress and work is more important. But when i attended the workshop i realized how important is to manage our stress at work place. i learned that we often ignore our mental fitness and just work like machines. Mr. Abhinandan Upadhyay taught few brilliant tricks and tips to refresh our mind in just a hilling process of 5 minutes. he has excellent knowledge of veda and shlokas. I take tenis elbow pain treatment. I was suffering from since last three months. I get 80 percent relief with one sitting only. Thanks mam $ sir. Yesterday's meditation session was very nice.
