Undoubtedly one of the best yoga studio! I get to explore and experience different forms of yoga. After an hour of class, its so refreshing!! I m a beginner and the instructors are encouraging. They gives personal attention to each of us. Special mention about Abhishek he makes it interesting and makes you look forward to the next class. Extremely motivating and pushes everyone to do the best. He is one of the reasons i m enjoying doing yoga with him.

Abhishek Sir is best yoga teacher I have seen in so many years ..very polite and helps us to attain the student his or his best posture and everyday is a different class so it’s very very interesting and all the body parts are engaged. This is a nice place for yoga as our yoga instructor is trained and professional . There are variations of yoga which keeps a person motivated to do yoga . Yoga has helped me to reduce a lot of weight and has inhanced my flexibility.
