Umesh is a well of love and peace, someone who cares very deeply about his students as well as the world surrounding him. His knowledge is deep, far reaching and so crucially backed up with many decades of personal experience. Though his understanding is deep and protrudes through philosophical and esoteric thought, his means of teaching is focused on simplicity, not complex metaphysical dogma, a grounded approach that does not make you neglect the world around you, but instead include it in your heart and ultimately your sense of self. Through this he helps his students understand that to truly be on the pathless path towards freedom, truth, peace, Self and Being, one must see the world and all their activities within it as a form of spiritual practice. The world itself is Spirit manifest and in order to transcend it one must also learn to live fully within it, expand their heart, learn to live a life of presence, awareness, trust and with it give space to an an ever-emerging sense of compassion, love, gratitude and peace. Thus he encourages all his students to live up to their full potential, live fully in the world and through their own minds and hearts help manifest the depths of Spirit in the physical domain. His ability to sense and consciously use subtle energies for growth and healing is great and his ability to help unlock the sensitivity to such spheres in his students profound. Though I myself have had a lot of previous experience in this area, I've unlocked new vistas of subtle experience and understanding, while often seeing people previously very much locked out from these inner planes to suddenly feel and gain the ability to explore areas before largely unknown. The sense of community, of sangha, he helps build and encourages between his students is also very precious. As he says, in order to truly awaken and reach our full potential, it is crucial to be close to those with like-minds, to create a conscious family of brothers and sisters, ultimately expanding this family to reach the entirety of this planet. I'm very grateful to have stumbled upon this man in my lifetime 🙂 From me he comes highly recommended 🙏

Umesh is a great person with a big heart. He is full of practical advices and meditation classes were so amazing. This was a really great experience every time when I came to class. First of all, I want to share how deeply grateful I am that life has brought me to Varanasi Cosmic Energy Center. It was everything I was searching for and more! What a special special place... Umesh GuruJi is one of the kindest person I know. His generosity is beyond limit, and his knowledge is deep. He is very generous in his teachings, and he believes in all of us, making us deeply connect with our inner self and inner power. Gemma, who works along side him, is a gem (like her name states). She is such a devoted person, and she is soft and kind. What a beautiful team they make! I highly recommend this place to anyone searching to tune in with their healer powers. You WILL be changed, for ever. Also, when I signed up, I was surprise the class was 2 hours a day... But REALLY, you do a LOT of practice and it is very tiring.
