Yes definitely, I meet professional and experts people working in Dune Atlantis Bali. Started from calling them ( the lovely Sophie) for reservation and ended with a delivery back to the hotel. Every thing was systmatic and netly well done. I brought my diving equipment with me and at the end they washed for me 👍🏻. All the worker I meet were very friendly 🌹. I spent a week with dune Atlantis Bali diving centre. Everything was really well organised: transfer from the airport, hotel booking, transfer to the diving centre etc... Regarding the dives, no complaints at all: transfer in good conditions (boat or bus), superb diving spots, very good diving conditions. Last but not least, a fantastic team: receptionist, Drivers, teammates, dive masters are very professional. A very nice diving centre if you want to dive here in Bali.

This company was extremely helpful when in the planning process of our day. We were beginners and needed some training . My 10 year old son went in as well and they were patient and didn’t leave him alone for a minute. They are all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Excellent and very reliable diving company. Did 6 dives last week with them and 3 others 3 years ago and the service was still amazing from timely pick up until you are in the water! Do not hesitate and book your next dive in Bali with Atlantis.

We had a terrible experience in client service with this company. We were 2 divers and 3 snorklers. First of all we found out that snorkeling is 55 usd per person, but it includes only lunch (which was not good) and fins (I had my own mask and tube) and our divers instructor just told us to go to the water and snorkle. So we did it. It was quite complicated to to ask them to find a safe box for us, where we could put our passport and etc. But the best was that they did not know how to use card machine, we thought we paid everything, but next day they called saying they did soemthing wrong and the payment did not go through. They asked us to come back again and pay, which we refused as it is time consuming thing knowing the traffic in Bali. Then they sent a link asking to pay online, we asked for at least little discount because three days we were communicating with them trying to find how to pay securely. At last a lady called, started shouting on us and blaiming that we do not want to pay, which is not true, we always said we ARE GOING to pay. We just wanted them to take little bit of responsability on their mistake. So we paid everything! Good luck to this company with such a nice client service and attitude. All they need is money �

Amazing communication, friendly and efficient. We booked our dives very last minute and they were able to accommodate us into their schedule with minimal fuss. Drivers were prompt and friendly even though we stayed a fair distance away from the shop they picked us up from our door at the exact time. Staff at the shop were very friendly and were on hand to help with any questions we had regarding our dive trips and logistics. We revisited many of the dive sites from our previous trip but our dive guide did an amazing job to show us many new things that we hadn't seen at the same sites before. Kadek our dive guide made our dives that more special. Highly recommended for our fellow divers and hope to use these guys again in the not too distant future!

We are a group of divers from Europe who dived with Dune Atlantis Bali and we are super happy with our experience with them. We went diving in Gili Mimpang on our first day and we encountered a Mola Mola. This sunfish looks very happy and comfortable to stay with the guides from Atlantis Bali. The fish stayed for more than 30 minutes with us. And on our second day, we dived in Crystal Bay and we encountered another Mola Mola. This Mola Mola came and stayed with us rather than coming to other group. It seems like there is a trust between this marine creature and the divers from Atlantis Bali. These guys live their daily life with passion. Thanks for the excellent and professional service to Altantis Bali team.

Couldn't have asked for a better dive team to scuba/snorkel with in Bali! Given our ever-changing wedding schedule and the needy personalities of our group, the team at Atlantis were more than understanding and accommodating, and never once made us feel like we were a hassle. They are so friendly, professional, kind and patient. Everything was prepared for us upon our arrival at their main center, and all gear was clean and in good condition. I would recommend anyone from near or far to go diving/snorkeling with them. I promise you'll be in great hands.
