Escape Haven was a dream come true. Everything that filled our days during the retreat was life changing. Yoga, fitness, meditation etc. If you need a little life reset, this is the place to come. All of the staff are wonderful and supportive, they really make you feel at home! After the week at Escape Haven I was in such a beautifully calm headspace - I couldn't recommend this experience enough.

This is the best place to go to if you need to recharge your battery, or you want to give yourself the best present ever. The place is beautiful and serene. The best part is the lovely staff of Escape Haven, they take care of everything, there is nothing to worry about during your stay. The high quality of service, programm and attention for there guests is unique. It even doesn't matter what kind of programm you choose. Don't hesitate and go for it!

I'm approaching the end of my twenties and I have yet to travel on my own, so when I finally decided it was time to conquer this, it was important for me to find a retreat that I would feel comfortable in. After reading the reviews for Escape Haven, I decided this was the place for me - and months later, I am still so happy with my choice. From being picked up from the airport after landing at 1am, to the little affirmation notes left on my bed every night, every detail of my week was perfect. We all have our different reasons for being here, but nobody was made to feel like their reason wasn't worthy or wasn't as important as anybody else's. The staff, food, spa and accommodation was spot on. I felt so refreshed after my week and have even picked up yoga now I'm back in London. I've always been the 'party girl', but I genuinely have suggested to my friends that we swap a week in Ibiza for a week in a retreat instead!

I have never experienced a concept like Escape Haven. The experience from the first day you step in your villa to the last day you depart is a whole luxury experience with a wonderful personal touch. The facilities as well as the service exceeded my expectations on every level. The staff with their enormous attention to detail is excellent in every aspect. They make you feel so special and unique and do everything necessary to make you feel comfortable, carefree and fully relaxed. An experience, which I will never forget!

Wobbled in tired and weary, and almost floated out a week later! Escape Haven exceeded expectations on every level. The quality and diversity (and quantity) of the meals was amazing, and there was never any shortage of snacks, juices and hot drinks. Devi and Kadek always preempting my desire for hot ginger tea! The massage staff were all incredibly well trained and caring, taking care that you got the most out of each experience. Antare provided the most remarkable Ayurvedic treatments with a real tenderness. Twice daily Yoga with Marieke and Frankie allowed me to transform from an absolute beginner to an enthusiast, setting up my yoga corner immediately upon my return. Their teaching provided a clear understanding of the practice and was also fun :) I would recommend the Ayurevedic package which includes a consultation with Marieke that will get you back on track - physically, spiritually and emotionally. I chose the single private villa which included an amazing open bathroom with outdoor shower and bathtub in a garden. The turn down service each night was a delight with a small gift and inspirational quote left behind. Within 24 hours every staff member knew your name, even the drivers and the housekeeping staff, and everyone used it. No request was any trouble, the attention to detail was remarkable, requests to changes to schedule undertaken with a smile. it was a lovely week with ladies from across the world, sharing our stories and experiences, and a lot of laughs! i can't recommend Escape Haven highly enough and will certainly return. Consider it the best investment in yourself that you could make :)

My stay at Escape Haven was absolutely incredible. The resort itself is paradise filled with staff who are so kind, welcoming and attentive to your every need. The ability to connect with other like-minded women over the course of the week makes this place feel like a very special home away from home. The villas are beautifully set every day with inspirational notes and little gifts left on your bed. The yoga and meditation sessions, unlimited spa treatments, the abundance of great food and the people is what makes Escape Haven an amazing experience. Frankie and Marieke are phenomenal yoga instructors who may just change your view on the world. Devi, Kadek, Ketut, Lucy and Carolin make it their priority to make your every desire come to fruition. I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be going back. Thank you for an incredible experience I will never forget ??

From the very moment you step foot inside this oasis any expectations you had will be exceeded. Everything is planned and though out with the smallest of detail, but also giving you the flexibility to spend the week how you choose. This really is a whole hearted experience that will forever stay in my heart.

I spent a week with my friend in Escape Haven and we couldn’t be happier ! We were greeted by the incredibly kind and caring staff , the property is beautiful and better in real life than pictures! I was nervous at first of what the other ladies taking part of the retreat would be like , but am relieved to say each one of them made the week unforgettable and we left with new friends ! There is plenty of activities ,spa treatments , yoga classes you can choose from and make this holiday as busy or as relaxed you wish it to be . FOOD WAS AMAZING! Fresh and healthy and lots of it . There is always drivers on side , to bring you to the beach or the near by gym . I chose the Pilates package and recommend it highly if this is your thing . Teacher was very experienced and knowledgeable . Overall I left feeling better than I have in years , strong body , clear mind . Highly recommending it to anyone who needs a week of self care full of indulgences .Cant wait to be back !

Absolute blissful week at Escape Haven. I couldn’t have imagined a more magical week. From the moment I arrived til my departure everything was designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. I opted for the surf package snd while a surfer I will never make, it didn’t matter. It was a great active start to each morning and the surf instructors were good humoured and took great care. The rest of my days were consumed with massage and yoga - truly fabulous. And the most amazing food that I have eaten. The staff, faultless - cool, joyous and professional.

I am not the kind of person that writes reviews, but I felt it was only fair to do so to show my appreciation for the great time I experienced. First of all, the place is beautiful, the rooms are fantastic and every detail is taken care of. All the staff are superb. And I mean all from the cooks, yoga teacher, admin, healers, everyone. All of them seem not only to be doing a job because is their duty to do so, but they do it with with love and care, always trying to make your life easier and more comfortable, and they go beyond their way to do so. The food is healthy and delicious, a combination difficult to find, and you also get to try different type of Balinese;s tastes and cuisine. The yoga teacher is really good and able to guide you step by step through the different poses which was really important for me as I was a beginner. Having said so, she was also able to encourage more advanced people into doing more challenging poses. Particular thanks to Lucy, Patma and Frankie who make the stay an experience I wont forget. And last but not least, remember you have UNLIMITED SPA...at your choice..Honestly, best holiday ever and counting the days to come back

I had the most amazing experience at Escape Haven earlier this year. It was the best way to start the new year when I was travelling on my own. I met some absolutely wonderful people who work at the retreat but also my fellow guests. This place has everything you could ask for... friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful and luxurious facilities, a wide range of available activities and the unbeatable addition of UNLIMITED spa! I was in desperate need of some time away on my own from my extremely busy life. It was the perfect break to find myself again. I participated in the fitness retreat but took full advantage of the spa and yoga classes. I am very new to yoga but the teachers, especially the legend that is Frankie guided me throughout the week. I want to thank all the amazing staff, especially Frankie, Lucy, Carolin, Devi, Lisa and Kadek for your amazing hospitality and kindness. I felt very special during my week here. I cannot recommended this place highly enough, and I am already planning my return!

We had a wonderful time. The retreat is in a beautiful location with fantastic activities - snorkeling, volcano hike, yoga, spa, horse riding on the beach . The included food was also divine! Thank you for a great week Escape Haven!

This is a lovely place to have a refreshing start to the year! The fitness retreat was good- yoga was available also and all the spas. Also we decided to go horse riding, snorkling and walk up Mt Batur. It was all possible and the staff assisted us with booking and making these adventures happen!

I went Dec 21-Dec 28th 2019 and it was incredible. I stayed in a single room on the property and it was beyond luxurious. I chose the Ayurvedic package, which consisted of 3 hours of spa per day and then also added on with bodywork, tarot card reading and an extra surf day. I did a social media detox and was 100% disconnected from reality and it was exactly what I needed. Everyone at the resort was beyond amazing. Everything you could ever need was accommodated. I started every morning with a coconut iced coffee, a delicious breakfast and yoga. The women on the retreat were incredible as well. Could not get a better group of women together in my opinion. The staff also were great! They really made you feel heard, loved and important. No detail was left out in planning and ensuring this was your perfect escape haven. This place was true to its name and mission. The staff are genuinely hospitable pamper superstars. All the services were delivered to a superb standard including Ayurveda, Yoga, meditation, flower baths, Spa treatments, food, treats, room services and chauffeurs. What a fabulous treat!!

I stayed at Escape Haven for a week on the Ayurvedic package. I can’t recommend it highly enough, especially if you’re traveling alone and worried about feeling lonely or overwhelmed. This was my first solo trip and the staff were so friendly and supportive I felt immediately secure. The food was excellent. The yoga was great and I particularly enjoyed the meditation sessions. The treatments were amazing, favorites were the cream bath and bamboo Ayurvedic massage. I also did a few add ons — the theta healing was incredibly intense, I would say book it if your willing to really face your internal wounds and kick start healing, and are willing to deal with an emotional hangover for a day or two. It was rough but totally worth it. The reiki session was incredibly relaxing and the tarot reading was super fun. I also did the jewelry making and came away with some gorgeous pieces that will remind me of this awesome trip. I would really recommend Escape Haven for anyone looking to heal, relax, and meet some wonderful women.
