I've stayed at Hibiscus House a couple of times already and we love it! The bungalows are spacious and nested in a beautiful garden away from the busy street, so it's nice and quiet. They also have wooden joglos, perfect for single travelers, and bigger suites with a kitchen if you want to prepare your own food sometimes. The beer fridge is definitely a plus as is the swim in the pool before breakfast. Myta and her husband Ron are wonderful hosts, conversations with them were a pleasure. They are also involved with the local eco-community, planting mangroves and organizing weekly Trash Hero events.

Highly Recommended. Nico and his wife were so welcoming. I booked for a week and have no regrets. it is clean every day like the first day. the plot is full of plants. it is like a paradise close to the main street for restaurants and shopping, but not so close that you hear any street noise. Honestly after a time travelling it’s by far the place to stay, Ron and his family are amazingly welcoming and everything is perfect, from the room to the pool and the breakfast, is a must stay if you do a trip to this side of bali, forget every 60km around and chill here for 1,2 days or even a week. Truly thanks for everything

We had a very nice small house with sleeping room, outdoor bathroom and veranda. All very beautifully decorated. Great bed and good airco. The garden of the Hibiscus House is so beautiful and gives a really relaxing atmosphere and a lot of shade. Also the pool is perfectely located between the trees. So you can always have a refreshing dive and read your books in the shade. The hosts are very kind and helpfull. They are always approachable for your questions or just for a talk. Breakfasts are more than delicious and a very good start of the day. You can arrange private yoga lessons or messages at the house. I would like to recommend the yoga lessons by Arit. Perfect start of end of the day. (also for beginners). The resorts that are situated in the neigbourhood provide beds and embrellas when you take their your drinks and food. Finally, what I really appreciate is that the hosts really try to improve or inititate sustainable projects, either on site or locally in pemuteran.

We, my son and I, were shown around and then choosed our room which was beautiful, and so was the bathroom. The owners lives there themselves and were very open, friendly, with many good tips for things to see and go to. - Good service and a nice green park around, very peaceful! If I get the chance to go again to Pemuteran I'll sure stay there again!

This is actually a five star rating but since the price is higher than the average we experienced we would like to stay critical. That said we would really like to compliment Ron and his wife with Hibiscus House. The setup is really nice with the Ogoh Ogoh in mind. So bad demons will not find yo👌 The room is spacious and very nice. Shower and toilet are in a private outdoor space. Really special. You will however burn your feet when showering if the sun touches the floor. Breakfast is ‘as you wish’ so prefect. And Ron is available for all your needs. Further a great pool completes the accommodation. D’Bucu and Casa Kita are very good restaurants at walking distance. Be sure to visit the first one. If your diving or snorkeling ask Ron about Abyss Oceanworld.

I've been to cities that never close down. From New York, to Rio, and old London Town. But no matter how far or how wide I roam. I still call Hibuscus House home. (Apologies to Peter Allen) If you find yourself in Pemuteran (lucky you), book in at Hibiscus House. It's no stretch to say that Ron and his wife offer the best hospitality I've encountered in my many years of travelling. That's reason enough to book.

Fantastic stay, family were very welcoming and staff are friendly. Would 100% recommend if you are a family with kids, couple, friends or travelling alone. Thank you very much for sharing your piece of paradise!

Amazing place! The most friendly owners willing to help you have fun and relax in Pemuteran, great breakfast, local attraction is their flock of chickens that will wake you up 😀 Really great place to spend your vacation away from South-Bali crowds ... Congratulations for the owners - Ron and Myta for their eco-altitude ! Don't forget to jump into a nice pool !

Our family of 4 stayed at Hibiscus House for a week and loved every minute! Ron and Myta were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. Large, clean, comfortable rooms, gorgeous gardens and pool. We loved all the artistic touches in the rooms and gardens. I’ve travelled in Bali many years ago, and was shocked at how different it is today - lots of traffic, development, crowds in Southern Bali. We headed North West to Pemuteran and found the Bali I remembered. Quiet village atmosphere, fantastic snorkeling right off the beach, excellent food at reasonable prices. Felt safe letting my boys (12 and 14) run to the store on their own. Ron was super helpful in recommending activities and providing advice. We had a fantastic diving/snorkeling trip with Ocean Abyss. Memorable sunrise fishing trip - caught 10+ fish, took them back to Hibiscus House to cook for dinner. I highly recommend Hibiscus House if you’re looking for peace, beauty and relaxation. Plenty of activities as well. Wish we could have stayed longer! We are looking forward to a return visit! Thanks Ron and Myta!
