Naya Ubud

"I was privileged to have experienced Kundalini Yoga with you at the Yoga Barn. I was totally taken by the whole class. I spontaneously headed to Ubud for a week with two friends and we attended as many classes and experiences as i could. Since getting breast cancer in 2011 my whole yoga practise has changed and the Kundalini Yoga was a wow experience. I purchased your CD and was so happy to do it in my house when i returned home. I have googled courses in Western Australia and they don't seem to exist. Do you run courses in the Naya Ubud retreat Centre. Thank you for the pleasure you bring to so many it is so inspiring i only wish i had attended your classes in the Naya retreat. "No words can really describe what you did to me today. I am pain free, that I know. So very grateful. You are a powerful healer and while I believe that the receiver has to be receptive to the energy, and I totally was, what you have flowing through you is quite something. I felt a clean channel, rush of energy. That was both powerful and nurturing. Soothing in a way I had not felt for a long time. My boyfriend, came by your booth in Indonesia, jakarta and told me his nice meeting with you and your friend at the booth. Rebecca, Thanks again for the amazingly beautiful gong meditation the othernight. It really lifted my spirits and the energy that you created isreally something that touched my heart. You have a true gift and Ilove how it is different every time you go.

Going into the retreat, I didn’t know what to expect or what I was hoping to get out of it. I had heard about Kundalini Yoga and gone for one of Rebecca’s classes before going to Bali, but it wasn’t until I got there that I got my first real taste of what it was all about. Over the next five days, many things came up unexpectedly. There were moments when I felt uncomfortable, I thought it was a little weird and my muscles were screaming. But when I finally shut up and let the practice do its work, it was amazing. I found myself laughing out loud amidst physical discomfort as I was doing the kriyas, singing and chanting the mantras brought me joy, and the meditations gave me a stillness that kept me sitting there even after everyone else had left. Rebecca is a warm, generous teacher who shares from the heart. I thank her for this experience, for taking me out of my comfort zone and showing me something else.

Hello Rebecca, We met last night at your very pleasant gong meditation session. It was such a nice experience and I hope to come in for many more as we all journey towards finding ourselves, peace and happiness. Before my first session, I was ungrounded and tense from a crazy schedule and no down-time. I'd been praying for more space in my body and mind so that I could be more open to what the universe had to offer. Rebecca's Chakra Ma was the answer to my prayers. Not even five minutes into the session, my body began responding to her breathing technique and opened up very quickly. Rebecca's hands transmitted her warmth and love first on to my head and then on to my feet, and my entire body was unfolding like gift wrapping on Christmas morning. This feeling of openness and love stayed with me the entire day, which was full of synchronicity and several "aha!" moments. I can't wait until my next session!"
