Absolutely love this place: it’s beautiful, the teachers are so professional, everybody is friendly and the classes are so well put together. I tried every class except the beginners and the advanced and every one of them was exceptional.

Highly recommend anything to do with these guys. I just completed 200 teacher training and could not be happier with the entire experience. The whole team from teachers to staff made me feel like I was part of a family. The course itself caters for all age groups and even experienced yoga practitioners will take plenty from their time here. Octavio is the real deal and you should do whatever you can to meet him and his awesome team. I’ve personally hated yoga for many years and could never understand what the big deal was but luckily I found the right people that have dedicated their lives in bringing the authentic practices from the original sages of this beautiful science. Do yourself a favour and dive into the real yoga practices.....you will not be disappointed!!

Their incredibly well thought out program, has a depth of knowledge, wisdom, and commitment to the teachings that challenges and inspires you, to not only evolve personally, but gives you a solid foundation on your own teaching journey.

If you are looking for a place where you are taught the essence of yoga - not only asana, but pranayama and meditation as a none negotiable component of a class, if you want to be taught from experience, from an ancient lineage, now through kind and loving teachers, who are down to earth and also truely authentic. As a beginner I found The Practice to be perfect for my introduction to yoga. Fantastic practice space and welcoming establishment! Octavio is comprehensive with his instruction. Informative, knowledgeable and a well balanced teacher. Ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended

My visit to the Practice was a complete surprise. A great team, teachings, refined design, swirling fans gracing the studios with a gentle breeze, showers, gardens, places to hang—with no reservations it is the overall best yoga studio where I have ever practiced. I came for a few days on my way into Bali and capped off my visit with another week.

The Practice Bali has been a pleasure to been a part of in my four weeks in Bali! The studio is incredible and there's some amazing teachers right there. But... if you're a beginner in yoga I wouldn't recommend this place only because the classes are too packed with people and the teachers can't really help you and your personal practise fully. I am from Maui, it's also a healing Mecca. I have had dozens of great yoga teachers, even a weekend with the founder of Anusara yoga . Nik Robson is hands down my favorite teacher I have ever had . His present style is so humble, nurturing and wonderful for holding a space to sink deeper and trust your body as the teacher . I personally LOVE that it's not about attaining perfection/ constant correction. I believe that can pull you out of your breath and connecting deeper with yourself and letting the body unwind . He intuitively knows when students need something / help . The studio space and music is awesome !

I love The Practice. So far I've attended 9 classes and experienced 3 different teachers. I really like that they are all on the same page, not exactly the same, but similar, so I know what to expect. This is because of the philosophy of the centre, which is explained similarly and clearly by the different teachers.
