A lovely pilates and yoga studio with a calming atmosphere. The area was clean and the staff was very professional. We went to a reformer pilates class and the instructor guided us throughout the session. She adjusted so it is suitable for everyone’s level. The pricing is relatively steep but it is reasonable especially for a reformer pilates class. Overall, would recommend the class especially for those who wanted to try pilates for the first time.

I could spend 3-4x a week here :-). Their pilates class are good, trusted and certified instructors. They’ll ensure you have right movement in order to avoid any injuries or instead..to cure any injuries. Staffs are nice, they’ll keep their studio clean.

My favorite workout studio in jkt for its location, price, instructor and squeaky clean bathroom. Really an oasis in the middle of Jakarta hustle and bustle. Favorite class: barre power with marcya, HIIT with adrian, they have great pilates class for beginners too!

A very nice place to do pilates. For a first timer, the teacher pay attention to everyone in the class. Strictly rules for mask on in every class, can shower afterward but bring your own ammenities. Overall a very satified customer here 😊
